We have once again joined forces with award-winning textile artist Emma Shipley to create a new signature silk scarf as part of our majestic Lion Collection. Her classically-inspired Lions & Peacocks Silk Scarf design depicts the lion in its many incarnations and reminds us that even the strong require protection.
Handmade in Italy using only the finest 100% Italian silk twill with hand rolled edges, our beautifully elegant Lions & Peacock Silk Scarf in striking teal and navy has a luxuriously featherweight floating appearance which drapes beautifully and will provide the ultimate finishing touch for any outfit.
An enduring and powerful symbol of strength that has protected Great Britain and its homes for centuries, this season we draw inspiration from that most majestic and noble animal; the Lion. This awe-inspiring piece has been created to remind us of both the unique relationship and heritage linking this beautiful animal to London and England and that, most importantly, in the last forty years, the African lion population has reduced by almost a half.
