Our Aspinal Heart Ring features eleven alternate vertically set bands of ten 1.25 carat table cut Sapphire stones and eighteen 0.25 carat Diamonds all measuring 3mm x 3mm set in an 18ct White Gold band measuring 4mm and a wider 6mm at the stone setting. The stone detail sits 4mm off the hand. The Aspinal Sapphire & Diamond Heart Ring is uniquely designed with intricate heart piercing detail on the outer sides of the band making it a priceless gift for a loved one.
