The Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over,
excluding employees of the Promoter, Aspinal of London or their
affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone
connected with the Promotion.
No purchase necessary.
To enter, you must sign up to the Aspinal of London Newsletter at
https://www.aspinaloflondon.com/competitions/newsletter-sign-up.
Entry to the Promotion will be automatic upon signing up.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility to
enter.
All entries must be completed by 13th December 2021. 1 entry will
be drawn to win a £1,000 to spend at Aspinal of London,
If you are selected as the winner, you will be contacted via an
@aspinaloflondon.com email address. An account will be created on
our system and your £1,000 credit to spend with Aspinal of London
will be loaded.
A limit of one entry per valid email address/person will be
accepted.
The start date of the Promotion is Friday 23rd October 2021.
The closing date by which entries must be received is 13th December
2021 23:59 (GMT+1)
Prize Draw:
Entrants who submit their entry to the promotion, as per above,
will be entered into a random prize draw.
The prize draw will be carried out on the within 7 days of the
promotion end date.
The prize-winner will be the first name drawn at random from all
valid, completed entries. The winner will be chosen by random
number generator. The winner will be notified by 20th December 2021
23:59 (GMT+1)
Should a winner not respond to the winning notification within 5
days the Promoter reserves the right to allocate the prize to
another entrant.
The result of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
Prizes:
There will be one winner. The winner will receive a £1000 credit to spend with Aspinal of London.
The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash
alternative.
General:
Where the Promoter is unable to satisfy certain terms and
conditions of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its
reasonable control, the Promoter may modify such terms accordingly
or, if necessary, suspend or discontinue the Promotion.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to participate in any
post-event publicity.
