Cheltenham Jazz Festival
When: 26th April- 1st May
Taking place in late April, the Cheltenham Jazz Festival is a wonderful way to embrace the warmer season and explore the beautiful sites of historic Cheltenham. From the soulful to the contemporary, the festival takes place at a range of venues across the town and features a wide range of acts including household names and local bands. In between shows, take a stroll along the Promenade or head to Montpellier for a spot of shopping.
RHS Chelsea Flower Show
When: 23rd- 27th May
Featuring landscapers and gardeners from around the world, the RHS Chelsea Flower Show is a stunning showcase of horticulture that takes place in London every May. From carefully designed avant-garde gardens to the introduction of new plants, there is plenty of natural beauty to be found at this prestigious event. Prepare your summer holiday reading list with a trip to the Hay Festival in Wales. Taking place over ten days in late May, this event is packed with literary and cultural talent from all four corners of the globe but predominantly showcases British creatives. Not just a chance to hear from your favourite authors though, the festival also extends to musical and theatrical talent too with this year's line-up including the beautiful tunes of Scottish songstress, Amy McDonald.
Polo in the Park
When: 9th-11th June
From the exhilaration of watching a fast-paced game of polo to enjoying a glass of Pimms in the sun, there's plenty to look forward to at Polo in the Park. Held at Hurlingham Park in Fulham, the weekend sees some of the best polo teams in the world go head to head in a fun but competitive tournament. As well as the sports, Polo in the Park is also known for its shopping and entertainment attractions including live music and a champagne garden.
Globe Theatre Summer Season
