Apart from our standard 30 day no quibble returns policy, Aspinal are proud to offer our customers a Peace of Mind Full 12 Month Guarantee against faulty workmanship.

Should any part of your item ( excluding normal wear and tear) including all stitching, metalwork, handles or corners fail you may return it to Aspinal and we will repair or replace it without charge. Simply first call our Toll Free number and speak to Customer Services who will give you a Guarantee Authorization Code Number. Return the item, carefully packaged and we will repair or replace it at no charge

To return or exchange a product please email enquiries@aspinaloflondon.com giving details of the product you wish to return or exchange. You may also wish to call one of our free phone numbers and ask for Customer Care Returns. Our Staff will be able to provide all the information you will need to return the item or if you wish to exchange your order. In every case a copy of the original order which you will have received by email is required.

Please re-pack the product using the same packaging materials supplied. Please ensure the goods are well protected on all corners and it is clearly labelled. Our address is : -

Please ensure you get a receipt of despatch from the carrier when you despatch the parcel, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit. Aspinal is not responsible for the cost of returning the item.

On safe receipt of the goods you will be eligible for a full refund on the item. If you require a refund the amount will be reimbursed using the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

If you choose to exchange the item, you may be required to pay an additional shipping charge. We suggest you call Customer Services to discuss the exchange before you despatch the order back.

Non- Delivery
We can not accept legal liability for claims of non-delivery that are reported outside of a 60 days period from the date the order was placed.
