Depending on the size of your order and the delivery location, we ship using the following methods:

UK Deliveries

Orders received before 12.00 noon Mon - Fri are usually despatched the same day using DHL. Please note during December orders are despatched 2-3 days after receipt of order. DHL offer a 1-2 business day delivery service Monday - Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm and require a signature on delivery.

Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, DHL will leave a card for you and may attempt to redeliver up to 3 times, after which point the parcel will have to be collected from the DHL depot. If you need to change the delivery address once the parcel has left our warehouse this may incur an additional charge.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that we have been unable to deliver, nor parcels which have been left without a signature at your request. If you feel that this may be a problem, we recommend that you give us a work address for future courier deliveries.

USA & Canada Deliveries

All orders to the USA and Canada are despatched with DHL on a 2-3 day service That is a 48 - 72 Hour delivery service from the day of despatch direct from our workshops here in England to you. During December orders are despatched 2-3 days from receipt of order and the last order date for Christmas deliveries id teh 19th December.

Unfortunatly we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses.

Rest of the World including Ireland

Orders shipped to Ireland, countries in the EU and the rest of the world are all despatched using DHL on an express 1-2 day service. This service is denoted on your order confirmation. We do not ship to countries which are not available for selection on the checkout screen.

**Please remember that 'Personalization' can take 3 - 5 days and that we only ship Monday to Friday and deliver Monday to Friday.

Any import Customs Tax & Duty payable will be paid in full by Aspinal. If in the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of delivery by Customs, please let us know immediately and we will credit your card accordingly. A nominal charge of 5% and 2½% (US and UK Orders respectively) will be made on your total purchase price at checkout to cover Tax, Duty, Goods Insurance in transit, Credit card fees and Handling.

Please note, orders received after 12.30 PM UK time that do not require Personalization, are usually shipped the following day. Orders received on Friday after 12.30 PM , UK time will be dispatched the following Monday'.
