You may return any product to Aspinal of London within 30 days of receipt with our complete no quibble, satisfaction guarantee policy (providing the item has nor been personalized).

To return a product please email enquiries@aspinal.com giving details of the product you wish to return or call one of our free phone numbers and ask for Customer Care Returns and ensure you receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and included with the returned goods and Aspinal reserve the right not to accept liability for goods returned without an authorized RMA.

Please ensure you get a receipt of despatch from the carrier when you despatch the parcel, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.

On receipt of the goods you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange, at your option less the actual cost of shipping goods to you. If you require a refund the amount will be reimbursed using the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
